Ranking System

RANKING

Due to many people asking about the way our ranking works, I decided to publish a quick guide to it. Please refer to this topic before asking questions. Remember to read thoroughly, but if you still have a question or two, don't hesitate to ask one of your officers or council members.

How it works:
Ranking in Crimson_Demonz is broken into six categories.

Rank 1: Guild Leader
This would be CrimsonRose. She is the leader of the guild and hence has the first say on things. She brings issues to attention of the council and officers, and closes the issues accordingly.
In terms of power, the Guild Leader has the most at any given time.

Rank 2: Officers
Your officers include:

These are the officer toons of the people who are trusted with helping to run CD.
The people chosen to be officers have been entrusted with keeping it a good place for everyone in it, and have earned their ranks by proving to be active, helpful, resourceful, kind and responsible.
Officers have the duty to enforce the rules, attend to issues in the guild and help to make decisions and the like. They are a knowledgeable lot, and often are able to answer many questions.
In terms of power, if the Guild leader raises an issue during a meeting, the officers have the first vote on the issue at hand.
If the Guild Leader is unavailable, officers have the next hand in control of the guild.

Rank 3: Sub-Officers
These are the Sub-Officers,toons of people who are trusted with assisting the officers and solving other problems in the guild.
Sub-Officer members, like officers, are trusted individuals who have expressed some of the same qualities portrayed by officers.
Like the officers, also, the Sub-Officers are also knowledgeable and are able to answer a wide variety of questions.
In terms of power, in a guild meeting, if the officers' vote comes to a deadlock, the Sub-Officers will be asked to vote as well.
If the Guild Leader and officers are not available, council members have the next hand in control of the guild.They are exactly like Officers,and they report only to the guild leader and officers.They do have the ranking to handle issues in the guild,and they also can report a person to be banned,and the reason why.The situation will then be investigated as soon as possible.

Rank 4-5: Trusted Members
Trusted members are persons who display activity and continually pursue interest in assisting the guild. Unlike the first three ranks, ranks 4 and 5 are not involved in the decision-making process and do not have any control of the guild.

Rank 6-8: General Members
General members are persons who periodically display bouts of activity and helpfulness. Unlike the first three ranks, ranks 6 to 8 are not involved in the decision-making process and do not have any control of the guild.

Rank 9: New Members
New members are persons who have recently joined the guild and have not yet displayed any activity or helpfulness. Unlike the first three ranks, rank 9 is not involved in the decision-making process and does not have any control of the guild.


Ways to rank up:

There are several ways to rank up, but the basic ones are signing up for the forum,reading the rules and enforcing them at all times, displaying activity and showing interest in helping the guild to better itself in any way possible; this includes dedicating time to other users, answering questions, contributing to GRB, recruiting new members, and being all-around awesome :]
Council and Officer positions that are open and ready to be filled will be brought to attention of the existing council members and officers, and people who have displayed what it takes to be one of the best will be considered for a rank up to one of the controlling ranks.

Advisor & Ambassador - Rank 2
Right hand of the guild leader.

General - Rank 2
6 Generals ranked as officer.

Captains- Rank 3
Sub-Officers.Toons assisting in policing the guild.

Crimson Guard - Rank 4
These 4 strongest of the guild are the guild leaders guard.Serve to protect the guild leader.Trusted member,and active in helping and serving guild members to improve the guild.

Sergeant - Rank 5
Trusted member,and active in helping and serving guild members to improve the guild.

Corporal - Rank 6
General Members.

Private First Class - Rank 7-8
General Members.

Private - Rank 9
New Members.
